Job Overview: This position provides a wide range of administrative support to the sales and marketing organization. Duties may include standard activities such as communications to both the internal team and customers, word processing and scheduling meetings for the Cluster leader. He/she is also responsible for supporting HCC activities like Due Diligence for third parties intermediates (TPI), Agents and Distributors Contracts, procurement process coordination & preferred supplier selection, PO processing & monitoring and other MEA functions (HR, Finance etc.) in their interaction with the local organization. Takes initiative to follow up on relevant issues and informs manager of status as well. In addition, he /she represents all Cluster Employees in the Health and Safety Program and Team. Further he/she ensures a continuous update on the market in order to increase and ensure the competitiveness of Cordis products. Essential Duties:
Maintain, through internal and external researches, a constant update on the market in order to identify needs and opportunities
Ensure all the relevant plans and activities for new products launches at country level
Coordinate the planing and implementation of marketing, promotional activities and events
Maintain constant contact information on the market and competition in order to drive trends and requirements
Manage MEA office duties and preferred vendors/ suppliers relationship
Coordinate with CET team on regional plan to support organizing clinical educational events
Ensure a continuous and full alignment with the EMEA Marketing organization
Constantly take care of most significant contacts with the external environment for the development of corporate image and market share.
Support the marketing team in the launch of new products through contacts with affiliates and/or identifying market needs He/she discusses the proposal for new opportunities by highlighting: motivation, potential market segment and competition
Provide overall procurement process coordination, preferred supplier selection and contracts, PO/ invoice processing, reconciliation and monitoring
Maintain and track monthly In Market sales report as required
Innitiate leadership team meetings and follow up on meeting minutes for further action
Ensure a thorough business compliance review prior to HCC approval request
Marketing materials process and ordering management
Maintain accurate records and documentation of sponsorships, contracts and approvals
Internal and External Interactions:

with Legal to ensure compliance
with I.T. for IT related matters
with Regulatory for registration/commercialization and recall situations
with Customer Service to receive and give information on products
with Tender Office for bids and tenders
with EMEA Marketing Organization for information sharing
with Salesforce for joint appointments with customers, market information and product launch
Provides relevant staff with reminders of upcoming events and projected related deadlines
Coordinates, prepares and edits reports and presentations
Prepares memorandums
Organizes files, assembles relevant data and compiles statistics or information as directed for use by others
Handles confidential matters requiring discretion and judgment
Supports all activities related to the Health and Safety Program, interacting with all functions established in accordance with local regulation
Represents all the country employees in the Health and Safety Team
Interacts with both the HCC Manager and the Sales Organization to implement activities related to the Due Diligence process for TPI, in accordance with the local regulation and the Company Policies
Collaborates with the EMEA Human Resources department to deliver at local level the internal procedures
Takes care for record retention according to record retention schedule
