The Business Support Executive plays a vital role in ensuring seamless administrative and operational support to the team, fostering client relationships, and driving efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative and Office Management
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and organized workspace.
Maintain and organize important documents such as property listings, contracts, and client records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. Client and Stakeholder Communication
Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders.
Assist in facilitating communication during property negotiations and deal closures
3. Marketing and Listings Support
Prepare and update property listings on multiple online and offline platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential clients to generate interest in listed properties.
4. Operations and Reporting
Track and analyze key performance metrics, including property inquiries and deal closures.
Support financial operations, including invoices, payment follow-ups, and preparation of financial reports.
Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and internal company policies.
5. Sales and Agent Support
Assist agents by preparing documents, contracts, and materials for property viewings and negotiations.
Conduct market research to provide insights into property trends and competitive pricing.
Coordinate communication between sales agents and the management team.
6. Technology and System Management
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate records of client interactions.
Train staff on real estate software and tools as needed.
7. Event and Project Management
Organize property open houses and site visits to enhance customer engagement.
Plan and execute corporate events, including property launches and investor meetings.
