The Business Support Executive ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing supplies, maintenance, and general facilities. The role supports all teams by maintaining an organized, efficient, and well-equipped workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize office supplies inventory; track usage and reorder items as needed.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and office-related services.
Ensure office facilities are safe, clean, and fully functional at all times.
Manage stock of pantry, stationery, and operational materials.
Support seating arrangements, office moves, and workstation setups.
Handle mail, courier, and deliveries to ensure timely distribution.
Assist in planning and coordinating internal events and meetings.
Monitor and report facility issues and follow up until resolved.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and service contracts.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within the office.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in office coordination, facilities, or administrative support.
Excellent command of
spoken and written English
is required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and vendor management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems.
Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
