The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: \xc2\xb7 Incorporating companies in all free zones and jurisdictions under the Ministry of Economy in the UAE. \xc2\xb7 Renewing licenses of companies incorporated by us and new customers who require such services. \xc2\xb7 Managing and coordinating the overall process of company incorporation and license renewal of our clients. \xc2\xb7 Preparing and managing the client account opening documentation and forms, registers, and other relevant company files and reporting to management. \xc2\xb7 Liaising on a daily basis with relevant authorities, including but not limited to Government and Free Zone Authorities, Ministerial Departments, Free Zone Customer Services, Agencies, Law Firms, Courts, Public Notaries, Consulates, Embassies, Typing Centers, Chambers, Municipalities, Translators, and other 3rd parties. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating and managing the routine correspondence of existing clients on a daily basis for various subjects with excellent written communication understanding. \xc2\xb7 Corresponding with new clients to provide correct and up-to-date information about possible options for setting up their companies in the UAE. \xc2\xb7 Offering and promoting company services to potential clients and maintaining a professional relationship with them, as well as with our business partners, solution service providers, and associates in the UAE, Middle East, Europe, and other locations. \xc2\xb7 Following up and coordinating post-setup services such as corporate bank account opening, accounting, bookkeeping, financial auditing, monthly services, immigration, and visa-related services, office administration services, document clearing, and attestation services, and so on. \xc2\xb7 Conducting due diligence on new and existing clients as/when required and following and executing KYC and other relevant compliance procedures of 3rd parties, banks, and jurisdictional authorities. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or law. \xc2\xb7 At least 1 year of experience in company incorporation and renewal services. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of UAE compliance and commercial practices such as KYC, AML, UBO, ESR, FTA, VAT, and so on. \xc2\xb7 English (written and spoken) and Russian language skills would be an advantage. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with the latest UAE laws and regulations related to company incorporation and renewal. \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. \xc2\xb7 High level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Russian, Arabic, French, Mandarin, Hindi, Tamil Languages will be an advantage
