What will you do Senior Demand Planner is responsible for incorporating macro trends into regional forecasts, as well as product discontinuations. The forecast build should also incorporate business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, replenishment analysts, distributors and other sources where applicable across 24month horizon.

Key Responsibilities Forecasting and S&OP Management:
- Maintains and understands the sales data at different aggregation levels (Brands, Sub-brands, SKUs, variants, sizes, Distribution channels, demand groups and demand locations).
- Gathers information and document assumptions based on historical data, business intelligence gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailers, and other sources.
- Maintains & validates assumptions of activities calendar and events forecasting building blocks.
- Facilitates parts of the S&OP process to gain consensus and alignment with all stakeholders involved in the process to arrive at one unbiased aligned number, practicing the IBP concepts.
- Analyses gaps (financials, capacities, inventory etc.) from unit based plans to drive alignment between business functions.
- Measures and tracks the forecast accuracy at different levels and initiate action plans to continuously improve forecast accuracy.
- Lead demand planning activities for their brands/countries
- Lead the S&OP process for the brands/countries
- Be the 1st point of contact with distributers from SC side (including ordering/deliveries)
- Be the only point of contact internally for these markets with the extended JNJ SC
- Be the commercial organization go to person for SC operations
- Work with Distributers to move them from order based to replenishment-based model
- Drive the commercial agenda on the ground within the brands/countries
- Locally owns NPI project management from supply chain point of view, collaborating with regional supply planners, regulatory, marketing, commercial and operations team to ensure successful on time NPI launch up the point that is handed over to OPEX.
- Manages Phase in Phase Out (PIPO) changes at SKU level and communicate changes to all stakeholders.
- Collaborates with Data Governance to ensure product codes are created in the system at the right time.
