Experienced Business Setup Executive (Male & Female)

Location: Al Barsha, Dubai - UAE

Salary Range: AED 3,000 - 4,000/month+Commission

Warson Real Estate Group, a fast-growing and reputed firm based in Al Barsha, Dubai, is currently seeking experienced Business Setup Executives to join our expanding team. This is a high-impact role for individuals who are passionate about sales, client handling, and business formation consultancy in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end business setup services including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formations

Provide accurate consultation on company licensing, documentation, and legal structuring

Identify and close leads with confidence and professionalism

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service satisfaction

Liaise with government and regulatory authorities as required

Keep up-to-date with relevant market trends and regulatory changes

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a Business Setup Company in the UAE

Strong understanding of business setup processes in Mainland and Free Zones

Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written

Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities

Proactive, target-driven, and well-presented

Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately
