Job Description
: Specializes in supporting start-up businesses to move their business from concept to reality and will be responsible for planning and executing business strategies to improve efficiency in the operational management of businesses. Major Responsibilities:
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Company formation in all UAE mainland jurisdictions administered by the Ministry of Economy.
- Ensure that people are aware of the products and services given by the company that are available to assist them with starting a business.
- Provide solutions/recommendations and ensure the customer receives the necessary assistance to carry out their desired business in the UAE.
- Manage and organize our clients' whole company establishment and license renewal processes.
- Ensure that accurate documentation is submitted on time.
- Liaison with the client to keep them updated on progress and make pertinent decisions to guarantee a smooth application process.
- Undertake and execute all administrative activities related to the position on schedule, including but not limited to updating the internal CRM process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with well-known key referral pathways and business setup consultants.
- Candidate must have excellent command of verbal and written English at the native language level
- Advanced knowledge of business operations and strategic planning
- Proven experience as business consultant or equivalent
- Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Based in UAE
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5
