JOB ACTIVITIES
UMDS Process:
1. To overlook and manage UMDS process of TEMME
2. Responsible for Internal New Product Introduction Process as well as Global UMDS process
3. Continuous co-ordination with all the stakeholders to ensure the timely creation of product codes.
SAP MATERIAL MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT:
1. To overlook and manage UMDS process of TEMME
2. Responsible for Internal New Product Introduction Process as well as Global UMDS process
3. Continuous co-ordination with all the stakeholders to ensure the timely creation of product codes.
SAP MATERIAL MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT:
1. SKU rationalization target of 1200+10% codes in TEMME.
2. In charge of Material Master Data Management
FORMULATION MANAGEMENT:
1. In charge of Formulation optimization of products.
2. Ensure the department reaches Cost Savings KPI for the year.
3. Coordination with various stakeholders to ensure reduction of SMAC.
TECHNICAL VALIDATION:
1. Coordinate with Product and Market segment managers/ Suppliers to ensure products are up to date with
latest Technical trends and optimized costs.
2. Prepare local TDS/SDS if required.
3. Responsible to ensure correct technical content for labels and collaterals.
PRODUCT STEWARDSHIP:
1. Designated Product Steward for TMME.
2. Ensure all documentation is in order for IATF / ISO and EQM audits. Risk Manager for the Department.
3. Ensure all department procedures are updated half yearly and digitalize processes wherever applicable.
4. Designated risk manager for the department.
OEM, KPI and other reporting:
1. To compile the OEM sales data and to prepare the monthly OEM reporting.
2. To prepare the monthly KPI reporting of Technical & OEM department highlighting the results of New OEM
Business development, Cost Savings, SKU Management, Technical Trainings, ANAC etc…
3. To post the information in ROSA - Global OEM reporting portal
4. To assist Tech & OEMs Manager with Tender submissions. Product Cost calculations and coordinate with
Product managers for Formulations for tenders.
5. Formulation file to be submitted to Finance costing on a monthly basis.

- Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities.
Context and environment

SAP: Coordination with members of the plant, Customer Service, Finance team and global teams.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lubricants industry
