as
Business Setup Consultancy Manager
and
Business Setup Consultants
.
Key Responsibilities (Manager):
Manage and oversee the
complete lifecycle of company formation
across RAKEZ, other Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions in the UAE.
Provide
strategic advisory
on licensing, visas, and corporate structuring.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the consultancy team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
RAKEZ authorities, government departments, and banks
.
Develop tailored
business setup solutions and proposals
for clients.
Ensure compliance with UAE's legal and regulatory frameworks.
Drive departmental revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities (Consultants):
Assist clients with
company setup procedures, licensing, and visa applications
in RAKEZ and other jurisdictions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Provide accurate information and guidance on business setup processes.
Coordinate with government and Free Zone authorities to ensure timely processing.
Support the Manager in achieving overall team targets.
Requirements (Manager):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in UAE business setup consultancy.
Strong expertise in
RAKEZ, Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore company formation
.
Proven leadership and
team management skills
.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Requirements (Consultants):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field.
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in UAE business setup consultancy.
Knowledge of RAKEZ or other Free Zone company formation processes.
Strong communication and client service skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
