Position: Business Setup Consultant

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 3,500 - 4000 per month + Incentives

(Negotiable based on experience & qualifications)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Setup Consultant to join our growing team. This is a sales-driven role focused on generating leads, closing deals, and supporting clients in setting up businesses in UAE Freezones and Mainland. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with local regulations while delivering top-tier client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into successful business setups. Assist clients in establishing companies across UAE Freezones and Mainland jurisdictions. Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met throughout the setup process. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships. Provide customized setup solutions based on each client's needs. Prepare and handle all documentation for business formation. Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Stay current with UAE government regulations and PRO services. Guide clients from initial consultation through to final company registration. Use a consultative, value-driven approach to offer tailored business solutions.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE business setup consulting (Required) In-depth knowledge of UAE Freezone and Mainland procedures and regulations Knowledgeable in s complete A to Z Process of business setup lifecycle -- from consultation to incorporation Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Fluency in Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is required
