Urgent Hiring: Experienced Female Business Setup Advisor for UAE

A leading business setup consultancy in the UAE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Business Setup Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in assisting foreign investors and entrepreneurs to establish and grow their businesses in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients throughout the entire business setup process, from initial consultation to post-setup assistance. Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to identify the most suitable business structure and location for clients' specific needs. Assist clients with obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and approvals from relevant government authorities. Advise clients on legal and regulatory compliance matters, including corporate governance, tax laws, and labor regulations. Maintain strong relationships with government officials and free zone authorities to ensure efficient and timely processing of applications. Provide ongoing support to clients on various business-related matters, such as visa and residency applications, bank account opening, and office space leasing. Stay abreast of the latest changes in UAE business laws and regulations to ensure clients receive accurate and up-to-date advice.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business setup consulting in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws, regulations, and procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
