Open Position: Business Set Up Consultant
We are a fast-growing Corporate Services Provider company, currently seeking an experienced Company Formation & Corporate Services Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle registration of companies in UAE Mainland and Free Zones
Advising clients on the optimal type of company structure based on their needs and UAE legal framework
Assisting with the preparation and submission of incorporation documents
Handling visa applications for investors, employees, Golden Visa, freelance visa etc
Providing end-to-end support to clients throughout the setup process
Liaising with government authorities and free zone administrators
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE corporate, immigration, and compliance regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in UAE company formation (Mainland & Free Zones)
Familiarity with visa procedures and immigration documentation
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
Fluent in English and Russian is mandatory
Ability to work independently and handle multiple client cases
Salary depends on the experience and will be discuss during the interview.
