Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Business Service Manager to join our IIQAF team and help manage our business operations. As a Business Service Manager you will be responsible for the overall operations and service delivery of business services to our customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have great organizational skills. You should be able to effectively manage the workflow of our business services, prioritize tasks and take an active role in our customer service efforts. Responsibilities:
Manage the development and delivery of business services to our customers
Ensure the delivery of our services are in line with customer requirements
Oversee the development and maintenance of our customer service process and procedures
Monitor service delivery performance and customer feedback
Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer service
Coordinate service activities and resources
Proactively identify customer service issues and initiate problem solving
Lead customer service meetings and update status reports
Provide on-site or remote customer service support
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
5 years of demonstrated experience in customer service
Working knowledge of business service delivery processes
Strong business acumen to identify service improvement opportunities
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision making capabilities
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels
Proven track record of achievement and success
