  • Receiving and forwarding phone calls and mail
  • Archiving of documentation and keeping records (scanning and storage of documents, keeping a ledger, etc.)
  • Courier services, delivery of documentation to competent institutions and clients
  • Procurement of office equipment and other goods needed for business
  • Welcoming and serving clients and business partners
  • Other secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Drafting of business letters, filling in various forms, forms

Job Requirements:

  • Fegree of professional education in any direction
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Communicativeness, organization, systematicity, precision and responsibility
  • Experience in the same or similar jobs is desirable
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet\xe2\x80\xa6)
