Business Process Planning Manager (finance)

Job Description
A multinational pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for a Business Process Planning Manager (Finance) to be based in the UAE. - Provide strategic financial direction, guidance & leadership.
- Establishing the financial reporting controls framework for the IFRS, Statutory and tax reporting.
- Develop and document business processes, risk assessments, implementation of controls.
- Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Consistently analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure effectiveness of the controls.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA, Chartered Accountant or similar.
- Willing to relocate to the UAE.
- At least 5-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in business planning, controlling in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Must have auditing experience in a national public firm, preferably Big 4 audit firms\xe2\x80\x99 background with audit, accounting, tax experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes including risk and financial controls.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- In-depth Knowledge of IFRS, tax and corporate laws.
- Assertive, clear, and professional verbal and written communication.
