Purpose Statement:

This position is responsible for creating a culture of transformation by activating and enabling business excellence. The focus will be on working to develop common systems to leverage areas of synergy and utilize best practices, mapping and improving existing and new processes and guiding and mentoring people towards continuos improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating the existing business setup and act as business leader in projects implementing new processes and tools within the organization after evaluating existing. Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages.
• Performing ongoing analyses on business implementations related to productivity, quality and costs \xc3\xa8 Value Improvements
• Revising and updating procedures and process flows.
• Lead and coordinate with external stakeholders (mainly but limited to customers and vendors) implementations of processes and tools/systems to ensure smooth transition.
• Partner with the appropriate IT and SAP teams to provide business and process requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
• Create and maintain reporting and metrics for internal (and external) customers.
• Provide training, communication and change management within organization on processes and tools as part of BSCs value improvement culture.
• Participate to and lead super-user groups across the organization to develop new solutions and processes addressing business needs.
• Define data and the process to capture that data to make business decisions linked to the overall business and supply chain strategy

Must haves:

• Bachelor in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree will be advantageous
• 5 Years of Experience in Supply Chain Management
• Medical Device or Pharma industry knowledge will be advantageous
• 3 Year of Experience in Lean Management and Continuous Improvement
• Project Management Experience (ideally agile methods)
• Proficiency in business management software like SAP, WMS, TMS, Microsoft Office etc.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration and communication skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
