Our client, a global Company focused on providing technology and engineering solutions seeks three Business Process Consultants to support the oil operator client with Reservoir Development and Reservoir Studies. There are approximately 18 fields and100 reservoirs.
The Consultants are tasked with enabling Reservoir and Petroleum Engineering Process standardization by providing domain modelling, and workflows that enables engineers to effectively model, monitor and track the performance of wells, reservoirs, facilities, and fields to proactively take decisions that improves and optimizes the production and operations.
Applicants invited with 10+ years’ experience in reservoir engineering and proven expertise in implementing Reservoir and Production business process models and business workflow standardization.

Responsibilities
You will undertake many tasks and have many responsibilities such as:
- In this role, you will manage and support upstream business process models under the supervision of Subject Matter Experts to support reservoir governance, studies and operations, and associated process standardization such as:
- Integrated Reservoir Management
- Production Efficiency Improvement
- Reservoir and Well Compliance
- Production System & Capacity Optimization
- Other Sub-Surface Workflows
- Carry out business analysis, process design and document reservoir and petroleum process models
- Facilitate processing modelling sessions with business stakeholders through workshops
- Work and collaborate with key business stakeholders – e.g. engineering functions, asset focal points to configure and deploy automated workflows using business process modelling tools in HQ and group upstream companies.
- Provide process modelling training and usage to the business champions and business users
- Provide business support to execute workflows, manage and resolve business process and workflow
Preferences
The successful consultant will have:
- A minimum of 10 years in reservoir engineering essential
- Experience in implementing Reservoir and Production business process models and business workflow standardization essential
- Experienced in using business process modelling tools, process modelling and integration essential
- Experience in using Bizagi tool highly desired.
- Have experience in knowledge on business process related to Wells, Reservoir, Field, Business Plans essential
- Has experience in implementing business process design, modelling & automation for the reservoir and production domains essential
- Experience in generating professional quality documents through business process reporting services essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Company engineers and service providers essential
- Car work independently and suggest innovative ideas to improve and enhance the reservoir and petroleum engineering process essential
- Previous experience working Middle East assets desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills –ability to relay technical knowledge and concepts in a coherent and friendly manner.
- Fluency in English essential. Arabic advantageous
