We at is urgently hiring Business Consultant candidate with solid work experience in Consulting firms in UAE. This position is based in Dubai, and the candidate should have relevant experience in UAE.

Requirements (MUST have):( If you are NOT experienced in UAE market, kindly excuse us, we might not be able to proceed with your application)

Experience level: Must have 5-6 years (maximum) experience as a Business Process Improvement consultant -UAE experience is mandatory!

• The candidate has to lead and execute transformative consulting projects with a cross-functional scope.
• He/ she will be part of Business Development department, and responsible to process excellence through business strategies, organizational design to process excellence, customer experience, etc.
• Strong analytical, numeric, and problem-solving abilities, along with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel, digital tools (Alteryx ,Power BI ), etc.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline, preferably administration with quantitate analysis or related subjects.

Languages: Flawless English + fluent in any other languages such as (Italian/ French /spanish/ polish/ german /Afrikaans/etc) -We prefer non-asian candidate due to visa issues (demographic quota)

Age: upto 40 years due to seniority/ experience level of this position

Salary: can be discussed with the right fit+ other standard benefits as per the UAE labor law.
