Maintain data of Acquirers/Providers/Clients/Merchants; Maintain good relationships with all the stakeholders
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on operational development to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as Finance, Sales, and IT to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Compliance:
Ensure all business operations comply with company policies i.e. legal agreements, clients KYC & KYB
Technology Integration:
Coordinate with technology / IT team that can enhance business operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in payment industry business operations, Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
