About the Role:



We are looking for a highly organized and analytical

Business Operations Specialist

to join our dynamic team in

Dubai

. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing

FinTech company

operating in the fast-paced

payments industry

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

payment gateway operations

, deep understanding of

KYC/KYB compliance

, and demonstrated experience in improving

business operations

through

data reporting

,

technology integration

, and

cross-functional collaboration

.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent

English communication skills (written and verbal)

and strong

proficiency in MS Office

, particularly

Excel

.

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Efficiency:


Maintain and update records of

Acquirers, Payment Providers, Clients, and Merchants

. Build and nurture productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance Management:


Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory frameworks including

KYC/KYB checks

, contract management, and documentation protocols.

Data Reporting & Insights:


Generate and present regular

operational performance reports

to senior leadership. Provide

data-driven insights and recommendations

to improve overall operational strategy.

Cross-functional Collaboration:


Act as a bridge between departments such as

Finance, Sales, and IT

, ensuring alignment and timely execution of strategic and operational goals.

Technology Integration:


Work with the

IT and Technology teams

to identify and implement digital tools or system improvements that drive

operational efficiency

and support

FinTech operations

.

Qualifications:



Education:


Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience:


3-5 years of experience in

business operations within the payments or FinTech industry

. Previous experience in a

fast-paced, technology-driven environment

is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in

MS Office

, especially

Excel

, Word, and PowerPoint Strong

English language skills

, both written and verbal Solid experience with

stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination

Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills

with an eye for operational detail
