Key Responsibilities:
Handle primary Business Development (BD) responsibilities to support company growth.
Provide administrative support in:
Preparing quotes and proposals
Managing timesheets, invoices, and collections
Assisting with accounting tasks
Lead the development and implementation of recruitment and interview plans for open positions.
Coordinate and follow up with managers on recruiting strategies and execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients to meet staffing and operational goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar or related role.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle both BD and operational responsibilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
