We are looking for a Business Operation Support Officer (Emirati National) to join our Customer Services Delivery team. This opportunity will be based in Dubai, UAE. You will join the Customer Services Delivery team where you will be offered the mentorship and resources required to not just deliver company value but to also draw as much value from your own experiences. Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

Editing and maintaining up-to-date the suppliers/clients records.

Providing administrative support to clients on project basis (when and where needed)

Preparing invoices/purchase orders and coordinating the receipt of such orders from suppliers.

Answering phones and responding to clients/suppliers requests and inquires.

Create and maintain department database on operational activities.

Who You Are

University degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline.

Good understanding of administration processes

Can work on timely manner and able to work with deadlines.

Ability to work within a team and as well as a standalone role.

2 years of relevant work experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

A good knowledge MS Office (Word/Excel)

Pervious work in matrix organizations and/or multinational companies will be considered as an advantage.
