Business Manager Structural Steel/steel Products

Job Description
- Promote and sell steel products and services to new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes and proposals to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors and follow up on various projects in the region .
- Identify new business opportunities and work with management to develop sales plans.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the company\'s products and services.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Metallurgical degree shall be an added advantage.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in steel sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to travel to meet with clients as needed.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
