Responsibilities: As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the company\'s international client relationships and leading our business team to achieve operational goals and increase market share. Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: (1)Developing and executing international business development strategies, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and identifying potential clients. (2)Managing and maintaining existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and continuously seeking opportunities for cross-border business growth. Expanding the market, actively reaching out to shipowners, and increasing the number of vessels managed by the company. (3)Tracking and reporting market trends, customer demands, and competitive dynamics, providing reasoned recommendations for the company\'s strategic planning. Requirements: (1)Bachelor\'s degree or higher, preferably in International Trade, Business Management, or a related field. (2)Minimum of 2 years of international business experience, with excellent sales and customer management skills. (3)Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to collaborate in cross-cultural team environments.
