Job Description
We are looking for a Business Manager (Retail & Sales) to supervise and lead a company's retail & sales (Internal & external) division. He is responsible to perform tasks to ensure company productivity and efficiency including implementing of the retail and sales (Internal & external) strategies, action plans for targets achievements, evaluating retail division, evaluating sales employees performances, supervising employees for improving the productivity and meeting organizational goals. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Minimum 10 years experience in retail management and sales Management in UAE.
- Knowledge of retail and sales (Internal & External) management and best practices.
- UAE market Commercial awareness
- Above 5 years of team management (above 30 members) and excellent leadership, customer handling skills.
- Market research, Sales data analytics, Metrics knowledge and skills.
- Excellent knowledge of retail & sales management software (e.g. Focus)
- Degree & Above.
- MBA Marketing preferred ( Immediate Joining Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Retail & Sales Management: 10 years (Required)
