Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1.Oversee end-to-end operations including design coordination, production, procurement, and site delivery.
2.Build efficient workflows that scale with growth, leveraging both technology and hands-on problem-solving.
3.Streamline internal systems and help implement best practices across departments.
4.Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans.
5.Identify new revenue streams, partnerships
6.Take ownership of challenges and proactively drive solutions across the business.
7.Generate and convert leads, manage key client accounts, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
8.Prepare competitive bids and proposals for residential, commercial, and retail projects.
9.Represent the company with confidence and professionalism in meetings and negotiations.
10Manage budgets, pricing, and financial performance across projects and departments.
11.Track profitability and operational KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
12.Optimize use of materials, labor, and equipment.
13.Hire, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team across all departments.
14.Foster a collaborative and accountable culture that reflects startup agility and passion.
15.Promote safety, quality, and efficiency across all activities.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
2.5-7 years of experience in a managerial role in joinery, interior fit-out, construction, or a related startup environment.
3.Proven ability to manage operations while thinking strategically and entrepreneurially.
4.Comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating in a hands-on leadership capacity.
5.Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
6.Familiarity with production workflows, materials, and project costing in joinery/fitout is highly desirable.
