We are seeking a senior commercial leader to head our operations in Saudi Arabia. The

Business Head - Saudi Arabia

will be responsible for the full commercial launch, growth, and profitability of the business in the Kingdom. This is a senior

P&L ownership role

, with responsibility across strategy, sales, distribution, team building, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion

Define and execute the overall business strategy for Saudi Arabia Drive market entry, expansion, and brand positioning across all channels Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities aligned with local market dynamics

P&L Ownership

Full responsibility for revenue, margins, costs, and profitability Lead budgeting, forecasting, and periodic performance reviews

Commercial & Channel Development

Build and manage Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, HORECA, E-commerce, Institutional, and Distributor channels Lead negotiations with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners Drive trade marketing initiatives and channel activation programs

Team Building & Operations

Build, lead, and scale sales and operations teams in Saudi Arabia Define KPIs, incentive structures, and performance management systems Ensure operational excellence across supply chain, distribution, and compliance

Brand & Stakeholder Management

Act as the senior representative of the company in Saudi Arabia Build strong relationships with customers, regulators, and partners Champion customer experience and brand equity

Candidate Profile

Experience

Minimum

10+ years of experience

in FMCG leadership roles Proven track record of building and scaling businesses in Saudi Arabia Prior

P&L ownership is mandatory

Skills & Competencies

Fluent in

Arabic and English

Strong commercial, negotiation, and leadership skills Deep understanding of the Saudi FMCG market and distribution landscape

Leadership Attributes
