Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Business Formation Executive

who has hands-on experience in setting up businesses in the UAE (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore). The ideal candidate should be well-versed with UAE licensing procedures and should be confident in handling client consultations and closing deals.

Immediate joiners

will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Assist clients in selecting suitable business setup options (Freezone/Mainland/Offshore) Guide clients through the complete company formation process including documentation, licensing, and visa processing Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure smooth onboarding Stay updated with rules, procedures, and changes in UAE government regulations Prepare proposals and handle negotiations to close deals Coordinate with internal PROs and government departments as needed Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience in

UAE business setup / formation industry

Strong knowledge of Freezones, Mainland authorities (DED, DMCC, IFZA, etc.) Excellent communication and client handling skills Fluent in English/Hindi (Arabic is a plus) Must be available for

immediate joining in Dubai

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
