Business Finance Analyst (Partner Operations)

inthe

Business Development

What we expect from you:

Own the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for your business line Build driver-based financial models that guide business and operational decisions Prepare monthly P&L reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for stakeholders Partner with Business Development and Operations to provide cost and profitability insights Lead reconciliations and ensure accuracy in revenue, cost, and partner settlement data Identify risks and opportunities through scenario planning and sensitivity analyses Present financial insights and recommendations to management that drive performance Collaborate with Accounting and Controllership for month-end close and budget alignment Continuously improve reporting tools and automate manual data workflows

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA/ACCA part-qualified or MBA Finance preferred) 3-5 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance Proven understanding of P&L management, cost allocation, and forecasting Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and financial systems (Power BI is a plus) Analytical thinker with structured problem-solving and strong attention to detail Effective communicator who can translate numbers into clear business actions Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments SQL or automation experience for reporting efficiency Experience in tech-enabled, marketplace, or service-based businesses
