Business Finance Analyst - Consumer Products Division (CPD)

A Day in the Life
As a Finance Controller in the Consumer Products Division, based in Dubai, UAE, you'll report to the Business Finance Manager CPD and work within a diverse team of 6 people. You'll collaborate transversally with marketing, supply, commercial, and other teams to drive financial excellence and strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Deliver accurate financial reports and insights to support business decisions.
• P&L Management: Monitor and manage the Profit & Loss statement to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the division's performance.
• Strategic Thinking: Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth.
• Collaboration & Influencing: Work closely with diverse teams to align financial goals and influence key decisions.

We Are Looking For
You're a great match for this role if you have:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills to analyze and present data effectively
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis, P&L Management, Risk Management, Strategic Thinking, Collaboration, and Influencing
• A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment
