Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
processes, policies, and procedures
.
Design and optimize
process workflows
for efficiency and quality.
Monitor
performance trends
and present analysis to the Head of Department.
Collaborate with teams to
identify inefficiencies
and recommend improvements.
Conduct
process audits
and maturity assessments.
Support
digital transformation
initiatives through automation.
Create and maintain
process documentation
.
Oversee
implementation of new procedures
across departments.
Lead
operational excellence projects
.
Prepare
analysis and reports
using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree
in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred).
Professional certifications such as
Lean, Project Management, ISO 9001
.
Expertise in
Lean methodologies, Kaizen, 5S
, and similar frameworks.
Advantage for candidates with
Data Analytics
skills.
10 - 12 years
of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in
SharePoint, MS Teams
, and other cloud-based tools.
