Job Description
The key responsibilities expected from the candidate includes:
Develop and implement Corporate Governance Framework to ensure accountability, transparency, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes, identify area of improvement, and implement initiatives to optimize performance and achieve organizational goal.
Gather and analyse data to present it in the designed format to continuously improve the performance.
* Manage special projects as assigned by the line manager
