Job Description
- Leads continuous improvement, communicates, and proactively identifies areas for improvement to maximize improvement and cost savings. - Executes advanced data gathering and analysis. - Creates tactical plans and accomplishes project objectives; advances solutions. - Encourages implementation to quantify sustained improvements made to operations. - Coaches process owners in cross-functional alignment and change management - Communicates with functional leaders to ensure that common business systems are properly understood, supported, and integrated; encourages the sharing of best practices - Develops and maintains ongoing focus on process simplification and optimization through operational excellence by building important working connections with top management. - Closely collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of readiness to excellence evaluations projects.
