Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager in Dubai to lead enterprise-wide quality and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution

• Support the design and rollout of business excellence strategies in line with corporate goals
• Translate high-level objectives into measurable initiatives and KPIs

Process Optimization

• Lead process mapping, reengineering, journey mapping, and gap analysis
• Identify inefficiencies and implement workflows that enhance productivity
• Facilitate change management strategies to ensure adoption across departments

Standards and Quality Frameworks

• Lead ISO certification and EFQM Excellence Model application and maintenance
• Develop action plans to address non-conformities and improve quality performance

Award Management

• Coordinate business award submissions, ensuring alignment with excellence standards
• Document case studies and success metrics to support nominations and audits

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with Operations, Legal, HR, Finance, and IT teams to drive process innovation
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset through workshops and capability building

Audit and Compliance

• Support both internal and external audits related to quality, risk, and operational standards
• Ensure regulatory and industry compliance across all business units

Performance Monitoring

• Define and track business performance indicators
• Present performance dashboards and improvement progress to leadership

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Six Sigma, Lean, ISO Lead Auditor, or EFQM certifications strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business excellence, continuous improvement, or quality management roles
• Strong command of process engineering, KPI tracking, and compliance auditing
• Skilled in using process improvement tools, reporting dashboards, and frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience working in retail, consultancy, or complex multi-department environments is an advantage
