You will bring a positive personality to our team with strong communication skills, a committed approach, strong sense of ownership and a passion to learn new things Field of responsibility This role is based in Doha and works with the WM IT Production Services Manager for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar. Credit Suisse Saudi Arabia and Credit Suisse Riyadh Branch deliver services and product offerings to both institutional and UHNWI clients in Saudi Arabia. The Wealth Management Businesses in Riyadh rely on technologies to book funds, implement orders and lead portfolios for clients, and service the business to client onboarding, client reporting, regulatory reporting, and risk oversight. A complex front to back architecture exists to facilitate the above, that the IT team in Saudi support, maintain and lead changes for. In addition to core banking and client data management platforms, the team also look after an array of risk oversight platform interfaces, data archival systems, statement generation and regulatory interactive systems. The IT Business Engineer will provide Business Analysis/design contribution to changes to the local platforms. These could be due to new business requirements to enhance our capabilities and client offerings, but also to help make the platform and its many interfaces more robust and efficient. Changes are instigated due to large scale transformations being driven by regulatory bodies and global mandates undertaken by CS Group. Thorough knowledge of the platform and functional aspects related to core banking systems, client onboarding and CDA management systems, payment processing, statement and report generation and risk related interfaces. Risk Management: help identify, assess, register and remediate IT risks, working closely with the CISO organization. Fielding Internal and External Audits on technical queries on the platform. Also responding to regulatory assessments and making sure gaps to changing regulation are identified and addressed. Reviewing the application dependencies and working with software developers to remediate vulnerabilities. Join a team of analysts and act as a domain guide to assist the wider team, dealing with incidents and issues that arise in their time critical business. Understand WM processes to resolve issues and incidents that prevent clients from being serviced unabated. Lead large scale incidents, liaise with L2/L3 technology teams for non-local or outsourced applications and lead the effort to restore and recover from incidents. Also take full responsibility of remediating problems with local platforms. Liaise with Business and other Shared service departments to quickly implement workarounds and see that problems are properly run through to resolution. Aside from the technical aspect, much of the work is dedicated to responding to Central Bank/regulator related queries, working with our front Office, Operations and Compliance departments and helping to remediate data quality issues that present, due to unexpected outages or incidents. Future colleagues You will become part of the Saudi Wealth Management Production Services team which is a group of highly skilled analysts focused on providing a high level of care to ensure our business capabilities, remain available and effective. The team comprises of SME's on the technology platforms as well as those with an acute understanding of the business workflows and processes. Additional coverage in the form of L2 and L3 coverage of the platform is provided by way of an intra-group outsource to teams in Asia, who work with the Saudi team in a closely knit way. Maintain the relationship with this team and solicit the best response from them so as to minimize issues and attend to incidents. The same is true for the coverage of local infrastructure, provided by an onsite and dedicated infrastructure team that require coordination and collaboration in order to maintain the estate. Skills and experience Business Engineering & Process Awareness

Experience working with enterprise class core platforms suite across F2B and B2F integrations, business process know-how covering Front Office, ITS and Ops, CRM (RM Plus and/or Wealth Suite preferred) and FA reporting & Reconciliations. Strong functional expertise covering various product booking workflows in Temenos application suite specifically T24, TPH and Wealth manager Knowledge of underlying accounting entries and their reporting across different business functions as to relate the dependencies and to respond to regulatory critical reporting requests. Knowledge over client on boarding workflows, portfolio management, order execution & settlement and client reporting. Astute ability to diagnose data flow problems, with a knowledge of peripheral technologies used in Private Banking, as well as core CRM and booking platforms. Strong diagnostic capabilities using the standard logs, enquiry and reporting options that exist for location IT to identify contention or problem areas. A good understanding of static and dynamic parameters and their impact on the core banking platforms and surrounding risk and regulatory interfaces. Ability to draft requirements definitions and authoritatively translate functional business processes to technical specifications. Understand risk reporting requirements, specify needed reports and work with development teams to build customized reports. Technical Expertise

Experience with Temenos applications T24, TPH and Wealth Manager with knowledge over the most recent integration technologies and connectivity frameworks is a required requirement. Experience with CRM platforms such as RM Plus, Wealth Suite and Wealth Manager, with a deep understanding of safeguarding data quality and integration into core banking and peripheral systems. Exposure to the underlying T24 reporting concepts, T24 core FA reporting and their dependencies onto client reporting. Knowledge on interfacing concepts to the surrounding down streams from T24 across various product bookings, reporting and reconciliation mechanisms covering various business functions. Understand the payment workflow processes and exposure to payment processing platforms. Know-how onto the integration of trading platforms with core banking applications. Exposure to a complex IT landscape as to propose effective design & solutioning to minimize on the overall TCO. Ability to proactively suggest options/improvements at the onset of a new business initiative considering the existing dependencies. Exposure to production support services covering IM, CM and PM processes with the knowledge on SLA monitoring and alignment. Strong inclination towards fulfilling internal & external IT audit commitments to meet regulatory needs. Understanding of runtime data persistence to help identify resolutions to issues. A good grasp of java-based core banking integration APIs, application frameworks and microservices architecture. Technology Exposure

Experience working on Temenos suite of applications, knowledge over key business parameter setup and the interdependency across T24 applications/products like securities, MM, FX, Loans, and Islamic products Basic SQL skills, working with Oracle databases Understanding of Linux OS to explore and restart processes and read logs Knowledge of the front-to-back integration architecture onto core banking applications suite and interconnects would be desirable Exposure to application and architecture ownership aligning with the latest industry standards Incident Management

Strong incident management experience, ability to quickly establish current status, identify partners and engage with other teams in a logical and concise manner so as to find workarounds and/or resolutions to incidents To keep partners and the Business informed of the status and solicit actions from them whenever required Learn escalation process and matrix, and the awareness and to invoke it as needed Issue detailed post-mortem reports following incidents. Liaise with other functions to prepare regulatory incident submissions and update knowledge bases and Trouble Tracking platforms with information that can be used as reference for future incidents of a similar nature Status reporting on SLAs based on different Key Performance Indicator metrics aligning to IWM production support Change Management

Ability to discuss changes with the Business, understand business requirements or solicit assistance from BA teams to help articulate changes so that technical specifications can be settled and issued Work with other technology providers within the Firm or vendor development firms to agree changes and project timescales and costs Solicit sign-off for changes and produce detailed implementation plans Produce test plans and scripts as needed to ensure an appropriate testing regime is applied for all changes Stay ahead of regulatory and Exchange led changes and plan accordingly, avoiding conflicts with other internally inspired changes that may be going on Report on project status, identify risks and issues and seek decisions on approaches to problems encountered Personal & Soft Skills
