The Strategy Director in The Publicis Groupe Innovation & Growth team will lead the charge in developing industry-specific narratives, ensuring relevance in pitch engagements, and driving strategic initiatives across the innovation & growth programs. The role demands a keen focus on enhancing operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and providing intelligence that adds significant value to our clients and pitches.
Main Tasks
Technical & Product
Craft and refine industry-specific narratives that align with the agency group\'s vision and goals.
Lead workshops and collaborative sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Actively participate in the innovation program, contributing insights and strategic direction.
Lead on key pitches in developing the strategic thinking, partner with the data lead to get to relevant insights
Partner with agency strategists on key projects like agency specific pitches
Develop proposal like PO1 proposal across multidisciplines - including data, CX, consultancy, content, media, etc.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
Apply business acumen to develop strategies that align with the agency group\'s goals.
Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and deliver on strategic objectives.
Accelerate project outputs through strategic workshops and hacks.
Provide leadership to strategy and account teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
Mentor and guide team members, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Innovative & Analytical Mindset

Qualifications
Minimum 12 years of experience in strategic roles within the creative, media or advertising industry.
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic narratives.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to innovative and impactful client solutions.
Experience in innovation and a high level of fluency in technology relevant to the advertising industry.
