We are launching a new luxury jewellery brand offering premium lab-grown diamond and gold collections, crafted with exceptional quality and designed to deliver an elevated customer experience. To support this exciting new venture, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Female) who will play a key role in driving strategy, sales, marketing, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand sales and strengthen the brand's presence in the luxury jewellery market. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights. Plan and execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional initiatives. Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including social media management, content planning, events, collaborations, and overall brand visibility. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, retailers, distributors, and strategic partners. Track business performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to management. Identify and develop new sales channels and revenue opportunities aligned with the brand's growth objectives. Support additional responsibilities related to business development, marketing, and brand building as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, gold, diamond grading standards, and the jewellery industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the lab-grown diamond or luxury jewellery sector. Solid understanding of business strategy, market trends, and customer engagement techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Highly proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media management, and brand promotion is an advantage.
