About the Role

We're building a next-gen consumer crypto product and looking for a Web3-native operator who can drive partnerships

and

execute guerilla marketing on Twitter. This role blends BD, narrative spotting, community activation, and hands-on Twitter growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Partnerships

Identify and onboard partners across DeFi, wallets, payments, apps, and infrastructure. Pitch integrations, co-marketing, and ecosystem collaborations. Maintain strong relationships with founders, community leads, and growth teams.

2. Guerilla Marketing on Twitter

Run daily guerilla marketing activities: Engage in relevant threads and hashtag discussions. Plug product updates subtly in narrative-aligned conversations. Meme, comment, or react quickly to trending topics. Identify influencers and micro-communities to seed messages. Participate in Twitter Spaces to create organic visibility. Maintain a high-volume presence without being spammy -- strategic, smart, narrative-driven.

3. Community Presence (Twitter + Telegram)

Live in crypto Twitter and Telegram culture. Spot narrative cycles, upcoming tokens, early-stage projects, and potential partners. Represent the ecosystem in alpha groups, TG chats, and public-facing conversations.

4. Product-Integrated BD

Understand on-chain workflows, wallets, payments, and token mechanisms. Convert partner needs into product-driven collaborations. Work with product and engineering to deliver integrations end-to-end.

5. Pipeline Ownership

Manage BD outreach -- cold DMs, warm intros, calls, and follow-ups. Track deals, updates, and weekly KPIs. Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and narrative reports.

Required Skills & ExperienceWeb3 Native Ability

Strong understanding of tokens, wallets, chain ecosystems, and DeFi basics. Comfortable with Web3 slang, memes, narrative cycles, and on-chain behavior. Experience using Telegram alpha groups, crypto Twitter, and typical community funnels.

Marketing & Communication Skills

Exceptional Twitter presence -- replies, micro-content, meme language, narrative timing. Clean DM communication and strong pitch flow. Able to craft short, sharp threads and comments that drive attention.

Operational Skillset

Self-directed, KPI-driven, and thrives in fast-moving environments. Comfortable in startup chaos and managing multiple deals + threads simultaneously. Quick thinker, strong awareness of what goes viral in Web3.
