Data collection on Sales, receivables, team performance on day to day, weekly, by weekly, yearly reports, Regular business review with core customers. Open new areas of development, Increase Volume and Value Year on Year. Clear debts, and solve customer problems, develop Company brands across the line, engage to develop a solid Customer, Sales team and internal department relations.
