About the job Business Development Representative (FMCG)

Are you the dynamic Business Development Representative we\'re looking for?

Our client is a leading F&B manufacturing and distribution company based in the UAE, with a thriving workforce of 1000+ employees and a proud partnership with one of the world\'s most renowned beverage brands.

Experience:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience with an FMCG company in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in sales, marketing, customer service, and account management.
  • University diploma.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
Skills:
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a preference for Arabic fluency.
  • Strong persuasiveness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing abilities.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, account development, rigorous follow-up, and sales closing.
  • Service-oriented with active listening skills.
Responsibilities:

Developing Business Strategy:
  • Sell to new accounts and customers within the assigned territory, including those with multiple outlets.
  • Promote new products, equipment, and merchandising techniques to existing customers where opportunities are identified by the ASM.
  • Secure authorization for products, packages, and promotions across all regional accounts within the territory.
  • Communicate and support the implementation of consumer and trade activities.
  • Participate in negotiations and drive the execution of all CDAs (Customer Development Agreements) within the territory.
  • Ensure that all targeted accounts in the territory comply with PI (Product\'s Identity) merchandising and presence standards (model store).
  • Maintain customer account files in accordance with company standards.
Providing Territory Support:
  • Demonstrate effective selling techniques through joint calls with Customer Representatives based on ASM direction.
  • Actively participate in problem-solving meetings with territory colleagues.
Monitoring and Tracking the Performance of Distributors - WAT / Traditional Wholesaler:
  • Measure and influence the distributor\'s productivity, including volume growth, out-of-stock incidents, delivery performance, and pricing.
  • Ensure key accounts\' distribution to support the distributor\'s performance.
