- Position: Female Business Development Representative (BDR)
- Location: UAE (United Arab Emirates)
- Languages: Proficient in Arabic and English
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Maintain a strong pipeline by qualifying leads and nurturing relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handovers
- Provide accurate information and solutions to potential clients
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role (minimum 6 months - 12 months)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales
- Knowledge of [CRMs/sales tools] is a plus
- Must be currently based in the UAE
