We are fast-growing and want to become one of the most recognized providing services of domestic staff and nannies company in the UAE and we are looking to hire the right person who will help us reach this vision.

The person will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities and developing strategies to increase company sales, negotiating and building positive relationships with partners. Getting business through different channels.

Core Business Development Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a territory plan & sales strategies.

- Research organizations via the web, Linkedin, social media platforms.

- Identify and contact potential partners (brands, restaurants, schools, kindergartens or agencies) by phone, email or social media with special offers.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.

- Meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

- Update CRM consistently and forecast accurately.

- Attend events, meet with clients and partners.

The ideal candidates personality and qualifications:

- You are adept at negotiating business deals and able to make sound decisions that will benefit the company;

- You have a proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role;

- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, or related field;

- You have a knowledge of the household service industry in UAE with a good client database 2-3 years of industry experience;

- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills;

- Excellent English language (written and spoken);

- Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
