Role Description This is a full-time Sales Professional role with a possibility of some remote work. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, preparing proposals and reports, and meeting sales targets. The role is based in Dubai and flexible to accommodate some remote work. Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- 1 - 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a marketing agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop sales strategies and execute plans
- Experience with CRM software, sales reports, and pipeline management
- Strong selling skills and negotiation ability. Required to effectively generate new business, close deals and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and driven for achieving sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Experience in marketing or advertising is a plus
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Understanding the marketing industry
