Review and analyze branch performance and operational results Support improvement of SOPs and operational processes Participate in hiring, selecting, and building F&B teams Coordinate with operations, suppliers, and contractors Manage new projects such as branches, kiosks, food trucks, and pop-ups Monitor project timelines and execution Prepare monthly performance and KPI reports Ensure brand standards and quality are maintained

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in F&B business development, operations, or project management Experience in team selection and staff coordination Strong understanding of cafe or restaurant operations Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Experience in the UAE is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Monitor sales, cost, and profit performance across outlets. Identify low-margin areas and propose improvement plans. Negotiate supplier pricing and contracts to ensure best value. Standardize purchasing and inventory management systems. Reduce food and labor costs while maintaining quality standards. Analyze menu performance and pricing by category and item. Collaborate with chefs and baristas to develop high-margin products. Conduct feasibility studies for new locations or concepts. Explore franchise, catering, and partnership opportunities. Implement internal systems for cost tracking and performance reporting. Support SOP development for scalable cafe operations. Deliver performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, cost control, or operations within F&B. Proven record in improving cost efficiency and profit margins. Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with UAE F&B market and supplier networks (preferred). Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
