Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-driven and experienced
Business Development Expert & Presales Consultant
to help us expand our presence in
Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region
. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with existing networks or a strong understanding of the Gulf market, particularly in the tech and digital services sector.
You will work closely with our leadership and technical team to identify prospects, lead initial engagements, and support proposal creation and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new leads across the Gulf region (especially KSA and UAE)
Present Soft Blue Ocean's capabilities to prospective clients in a consultative manner
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and quotations
Manage client relationships through the sales cycle, from first contact to closure
Provide market feedback to help shape service offerings and outreach strategies
Ideal Profile:
Proven experience in B2B software or digital services sales (preferably in the Gulf)
Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Understanding of mobile/web application development, CRM, or SaaS models
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Google Workspace, Notion)
Compensation:
Commission-only model
Competitive commission rates per closed deal
No base salary is offered under this model
