What This Role Is:
A revenue generator, not an administrative or marketing support role
A relationship closer with proven ability to convert leads into contracts
Someone who understands how budgets, approvals, and decision-making work in Qatar
Core Responsibilities:
Revenue & Clients:
Identify and pursue paying clients across government, semi-government, corporate, and cultural sectors
Generate qualified leads and drive projects from first meeting to signed contract
Ensure repeat business by maintaining strong client relationships
Partnerships & Access:
Leverage existing networks to open doors with decision-makers
Build partnerships that deliver measurable revenue outcomes
Commercial Execution:
Collaborate on proposals, pricing, and aligning creative ambitions with client budgets
Track leads, proposals, pipeline status, and closed deals
Internal Discipline:
Provide weekly updates on leads, meetings, proposals, and deal status
Required Qualifications:
7-12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, client services, or high-value sales
Proven track record of closing deals (not just supporting sales)
Direct experience in Qatar is required
Sector familiarity in at least one: Media/production, government communications, corporate communications, events, branding, or campaigns
Strong negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Arabic & English

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
