Business Development Partner -- Middle East (Dubai-based)

GABRIELE RIZZI LAB designs and produces ultra-creative artistic experiences, tailor-made shows and art direction projects for iconic venues, visionary brands and private clients around the world.

Each creation merges performance, art and conceptual design, shaping new forms of aesthetic and experiential storytelling for the contemporary luxury scene.

We are seeking a Business Development Partner to represent GR LAB in the Middle East.

The ideal candidate is a refined professional with deep knowledge of the ultra-luxury, art and hospitality sectors, capable of connecting with top-tier clients and institutions with authenticity, culture and vision.

The role involves engagement only on selected, high-profile projects.

Build and cultivate relationships within the luxury and hospitality ecosystem Identify new opportunities and partnerships aligned with GR LAB's artistic DNA Collaborate with the creative team to translate concepts into concrete proposals Represent GR LAB in private meetings, events and curated experiences Develop a consistent pipeline of qualified contacts and prospects Based in Dubai Strong background in luxury, hospitality, art or cultural partnerships Open and active personal network within the high-end experience industry Excellent communication, management and relational skills Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus Highly reliable, elegant, highly structured and naturally aligned with the codes of the contemporary luxury world
