Role: Business Development Associate (Russian-speaking) Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Russian and non-Russian speaking community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored digital marketing and advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with our creative and strategic teams to develop proposals that align with client objectives and Nexeon\'s capabilities.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure Nexeon\'s offerings remain innovative and compelling.
- Fluent in Russian and proficient in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the digital marketing and advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising services and how they can benefit clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
