Business Development Officer
to drive growth, build partnerships, and help scale our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert new business opportunities across crypto, forex, and digital services
Build and manage long-term client and partner relationships
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and partnership offers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets
Work closely with marketing, legal, and product teams to align execution strategies
Report business performance insights and contribute to strategic planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum
2 years of experience
in business development or sales (fintech/crypto/forex preferred)
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with UAE business and compliance landscape is a plus
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms
