Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Actively seek out new clients through various channels (networking, referrals, social media, property portals, and cold calling).

Client Consultation:

Meet with potential clients (homeowners, landlords, investors, businesses) to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for their renovation or fit-out project.

Solution Development:

Work closely with our design and technical team to prepare compelling proposals, quotes, and project presentations.

Sales Cycle Management:

Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal and handing over to the project management team.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, real estate agents, and property managers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on Dubai's real estate, construction, and interior design trends to identify new market opportunities.
